BOOKING A TICKET 

Parking Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. You will need your Eventbrite ticket ready on your phone or printed out for admittance.

PARKING

Please ensure you follow the steward’s directions and only move when directed. The site will be clearly marked out.

SITE DETAILS

Remember it may get cold so please bring warm clothing/blankets with you. Smoking is not permitted at this event, this includes e-cigarettes.

TOILETS 

A small number of temporary toilets will be located onsite. These are individual plastic units spaced 2m apart. A queuing area with 2m spaces will be marked out. Please make sure you maintain your distance from other attendees. Hand sanitiser stations will be positioned outside the toilets (as well as inside) so please sanitise hands both before and after entering.

LEAVING THE EVENT
